When u follow the step one and two there having u follow a specific order to tighten the bolts step one will snug them step two will tighten them almost all the way and step 3 which is tighten another 90 degrees. Means put your torque wrench on and tighten the bolt 90 degrees more. So looking at the bolt start with the wrench pointing directly directly to your right. Then pull the wrench toward u till the wrench is pointing towards u and that's the final 90 degrees

Do you have a manual? There will be a sequence to follow, and step tightening/torque also. In other words the manual will have a diagram showing the bolts 1-8 or whatever. Follow the sequence, you say two step, first step will have you follow the sequence with the torqure value, i.e 50 ftlb. After you follow that sequence, step two, same thing with the final torque value i.e 75 ft. lbs. As posted since ftlbs is english, and I assume you need metric i.e Newton meters, here is a conversion

Thank you guys, now i need to know on installing the chain. do i install the chain get the slack out, do i need to release the tensioner first or tightening the VVT bolt first.
2- how would i know i have the crank pully installed correctlly and it lined up with crank position sensor
3- when i have the chain installed the very last thing i need to do is line up the carnk pully remove the SST at the camshaft and the bilnd plug before tightening crank bolt
I KNOW RACER662009 EXPLAINED IT ALL TO ME BUT YOU NOW????

Update, this is what i did.
1- installed the camshafts lined them up @TDC with the SST cam tool.
2- installed the SST in the blind plug hole side crankcase with piston @ TDC.
3- installed timing chain got the slack out with the VVT bolt loose once the chain is out of slack i tighten the vvt bolt and release the chain tensioner correct...
now on the crank pulley i need to line it up with the crank sensor correct ?
now here's the part i need to understand.Do i remove both SST from the cam and the blind plug bolt and then tighten the crank pulley. rotate engine clockwise twice and check if its still in time.
RACER662009 WHERE ARE YOU BRO!!!
THANKS.......
