Mazda3 lowering springs

Mazda3 lowering springs
If this topic has been discussed in the past I appologize - just didn't find it.
I had new front struts installed on my 06 3 hatch and it actually increased the wheel gap by an inch or more - I was told it was because the struts are gas charged KYB aftermarket struts and not the OEM struts. Now I hate the look, my car actually seems to be riding high up front which makes it look terrible. I'd like to install a set of lowering springs now to set it lower - anyone using the roadmagnet springs that are available for the 3?
