Default Mazdaspeed3 and CX7

First of I would like to say hello. I am new to this forum in doing research for my future car. I am looking at the CX7. A problem I am running into is since the car (CX7) is so new, there are no aftermarket parts for it as of yet. I was wondering if maybe someone can point me into the correct forum for the information or post some links (would be greatly appreciated). The info I was told by the dealer it shares the same wheel base as the mazda 3 hatch? Does anyone know if it is the same frame and what not? Basically what I am looking for is information on the similarities on this vehicle. Like my current situation I have a 2dr Dodge stratus, but it is identical to a Mitsubishi Eclipse. I am hoping that I can make some impressive power from this little SUV, and possibly starting a parts company for it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Well...The 2.3L turbo is used currently in the Mazdaspeed6, and on the soon to be released Mazdaspeed3.

I would think one would do well to develop high-performance parts and tuning capabilities for this powertrain.

like he said it's the same engine as the MS6, and MS3, though all three of them are tuned differently. Some of the existing mazdaspeed accesories work with both the standard 2.0, and 2.3 engines, but as of yet there doesn't seem to be much aftermarket for any of them.

I think the CX-7 is on the same platform as the Mz3, but I'm not really sure about that.
