Mirror adjust (Side to Side but not Up and Down)
Hi All,
As the title say, I've only just noticed that my side mirror (passenger side) does not go Up or Down (but it does not Side to Side).
I took off the mirror and tried to look for moving parts - (I uploaded an image to explain better what I'm talking about).

What do you guys think is the problem?
