I recently acquired a 2017 mazda 3 sport sedan (Mexico built) and has a “passenger restrain pressure sensor” code. The vehicle was in an accident with damage to the front right side, airbag curtain passenger was deployed. I replaced the curtain airbag, door with used door and had a certified center reset airbag module. After clearing all the codes, this one is left. Is this a door, seat, other sensor? Where is located? Before I start taking things apart, I thought to reach out and get proper advice how to clear /fix it. Sincerely thank you for reading and any help!

I reused the one from my old door and it worked well. Good luck to you.

 

ive have similar issues but my airbags weren't deployed. it had broken right crash sensor and ive replaced sensor and i have right front passenger restrain light. i checked the wire harness and no cuts or lose or worn. cant figure out whats the issue.
