Question Purchasing used 2012 Mazda3 58K miles too much?

Hi everyone!

I actually fell in love with the 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback, but due to my current financial constraints and need to get a vehicle within the month, I've opted searching for a 2012 with Skyactiv.

I finally came across one going for $14,000 but it has 58K miles on it! Is this too much?!
The vehicle has never been in an accident, one owner, clean title, regular maintenance (according to service repair receipts), and the test drive was great.

Should I purchase extended warranty for the car? IT currently doesn't have any.

Thank you!!
Olivia

The car is already worn out for a 3 year old car.

Service issues coming up to be prepared for: change tranny fluid now, as well as coolant. Change brake fluid. Brakes? Tires? Get these inspected.
Change spark plugs @ 75,000 miles.
