Default Replacing Vapor Canister 2007 Mazda 3 HB

I am trying to replace a vapor canister for a 2007 Mazda 3 HB. I have already removed the gas tank and disconnected all hoses. The problem I am having is the limited space to remove the canister and a metal clip that holds the canister in place. If I can remove the metal clip, I would have more room to remove the canister. Does anyone know how to remove the metal clip or how to create more space to remove the canister.

Regards,
Rob

Photo?

Is it the item related to #3 in the picture you want to remove?

No. It is a solid metal clip that is connected to the rear suspension crossmember. I have attached a picture.

I can't make sense of your photo. I'm guessing US design/setup is different to Japan & Australia.
