There is always the risk of counterfiet material on ebay....It may look just like the real thing, but you could be getting a real disappointment. You're better off paying a little more from the parts and knowing what you're getting.

I stick with Eibach.....

Word.

Skunk2 is a reputable company... I've seen their stuff on the likes of Acura's and whatnot at local shows... but I just don't trust EBay for big items like that. Better off going straight to the source for something like that, or with an even more reputable company like Eibach or Tein.

I canceled my ebay account after getting burned TWICE. I got my money back but both times it was a big hassle. Ebay is slow as hell to respond.

I just got the H&R account yesterday and I'm pretty excited about carrying their products.

The H&R Sport Spring drop is 1.3" front, 1.2" rear. My price is $219.00 plus shipping.

I have the Tein H-Tech and love them. They give the car a great look. Just don't buy Tein's online through ebay....alot of fakes.

I had H&R's on my last vehicle. I liked them, however they were a bit bouncy.

There is a local performane shop around here and he swears by the skunk 2 springs. He has put them on his cars in the past and he said they ride very well. My only concern is that they are a 2" drop and usually anything over 1.3" will affect tire wear more than under that 1.3". I asked him about a camber kit and he said tht it said on his computer that they did not need them. I would not put 2" springs on my car w/o a camber kit. I am looking at the Eibach pro-kit or Tech.

Any drop will affect your tire wear somewhat.

Even though I now carry the H&R line, I lowered my own car with the Eibach Pro-kit. It has a 1.4f/1.8r drop and I will tell you my
inner front tires were worn to nothing on less than 25k miles.

That said, I'm pimping the H&R now and they are as just nice as the Eibach. Too much work for me to switch, though! I'll wait till I get my RX-8.

Did you have the camber adjusted in the front when you had it aligned after the drop? I think there are adjustments for the front but a kit is needed for the back.
