Uh, BD, pardon my ignorance, but you mentioned that your vehicle was listed in an "inventory" at the Mazda website? Could you please explain? You know my situation.

Mine is the bottom one on the list. It isn't at the dealer, but is getting really close. I think it showed up on the list either Friday or Saturday.

New to the Forum
Hello everyone, I am new to this forum, but reading through it has given me a pretty good idea of what to watch for with my Speed 3. I had shopped around for a while looking for what I wanted to trade my 2005 GTI for and was pretty set on a WRX. I went to the Mazda dealership with my fiancée on a fluke, she had recently purchased a 2006 3 and I was able to test-drive the speed3. I traded my GTI on the spot, I was able to use an S-Plan discount and the dealership gave me a fair price for my trade. I have currently put 7,500 miles and haven’t experienced any problems except for some blacking on the exhaust tip. I currently work for an International Fraternity, which requires me to travel extensively. Luckily it is only a year position, and I put the brunt of the miles on the GTI before I traded it.

RE: Port delivery
BD,
Thanks. Now I see.
The list I pulled up represents my zip code and just as my phone calls in late January revealed, all three area dealers have one MS3 each. All are "True Red". (My dealer called me to see if I wanted his.) I'll wait for the one I ordered. I searched originally for either a White or Blue GT. The only one of either color to be coming to my area in thecurrent allocation period is Blue and it appears to be perpetually "on the water". Perhaps they should call it "Ocean Blue".
Thanks. Now I see.

Prior to the MS3 my wife and I were looking at a 5-door in the Aurora Blue GT with Bose/Moonroof and the next one was several months out at the dealer I was working with.I guess we couldn't wait.
