Default Stereo Led Burned out

I had my mazda 3 hatch for 3 days and my stereo led burned out.
Did anyone experience the same problem?

Which LED burned out? I'd take it back and have them replace it under warranty for something like that. Actually, if they're going to replace the whole thing then see if they'll let you pay the ~$50 difference and just get the Mp3 HU.

Got your e-mail. I think you mean LCD, not LED (liquid crystal display, vs. light emitting diode)

It's possible that the harness is just a little loose and that's why it went out. Remove the head unit and check the wiring to the LCD. It should be on the driver's side of the stereo.

You can see the wire bundle in this picture. The black plastic at the top of the picture is the side of the LCD screen. The front of the HU is towards the right side of the picture.
