Check crutchfield or ebayfor a signal processor.Rockford Fosgate makes them(models 3sixty.1 and 3sixty.2) I have this setup in mine and it allows you to hook your amp and subs without taking out your factory installed deck. They also have abandwith equalizer so you can tune it to your likings.

I took my amp and subs to a Circuit City and had them install it including a warranty. They ran my stuff off the front speakers. Works great, no concerns and was able to retain the factory deck. Good luck!

i got 2 10's in my car ,@ first i was going to put them in myself but i was worried that i might wire it wrong nd mess up everything. so i took it to Best Buy and they installed it for me, i told them i wanted to keep the stock stereo, and they put an adapter that was like $20 extra bucks. better safe than sorry ....right?

Ooooo. Please allow me to warn you to be careful taking you car to Best Buyfor installs. As one who used to work there I can tell you that you may get lucky and get a goodinstaller who knows/cares about what he's doing, but it's hit or miss, believe me.
I quit (edit: walked out would be more accurate) after only 5 weeks.I just couldn't take the poorly managed stupidity there anymore. And, I don't shop there myself after that experience either.
