Default Switch to kill the subwoofer at any time.

So I was doing some research and found an 'eHow'on http://www.ehow.com/how_2044758_inst...ar-stereo.htmlto get a feel on whatI need to do to make kill switch for the subwoofer, but I was wondering if anyone who has installed a system knows exactly what you need to do.

I don't need to know how to install the system because I think i can find that easily, so the main focus is making that kill switch.

If you have any suggestions or opinions let me know. I'm also looking for a nice switch I can put in the slots on the left side of the steering wheel, but I can't seem to find them all i find are power window locks.

thanks in advance

If its an aftermarket system all you would have to do is simply run an interruptor switch for the remote power supply to the amp.
