so i just bought this car today, and planning to put in a set of HID...

and here comes the problem, do they use D2S or H7 ??

I thought all stock projectors r using D2S but the guy who sold me the car told me they are just regular halogens(i assume he's talking about H7), but regular halogen in stock projectors ??

or should i ask, how do i figure out what bulb does it use without actually remove the bulb ?(user manuel didn't say)

the bulbs are H7...it should say on your headlights.

 

if you really want to know, places like advanced auto parts, and autozone there should either be a book telling you what kind of bulbs it has i forgot the name of it, or just ask somebody who works there to look it up for you.

 

Actuall the bulbs are Sylvania brand and they are the H7:

Like they said, H7 are the stock halogen bulbs. The OEM HIDs use DS2 bulbs.
