Exclamation What to do with my Mazda 3

Ok, so heres my story.
I have a 2008 Mazda 3 2.0I and it has been a lemon since day one of buying. The car has had 3 clutches, new ecu, power steering pump, and many sensors replaced. All of that was warrantied by mazda with a fight. Here recently them doing the power steering pump, they forgot drained my oil for some odd reason and then forgot to put new oil back in. So i drive it off the lot trusting that their checklist is correct, and throw a rod. They refused to warranty it and i had to pay $2700.00 to put a new motor in the car. Just the lawyer cost to get a new car was $3000.00 to even start the case. So basically my credit is horrible and cant get out of the car because im $5000.00 upside down on the car, What is the best way to improve my car in performance having the normal sedan? I was soo bummed, I wanted the mazda speed 3 soo bad.

Contact the state attorny general, and file a complaint .
This sounds like a prime case for California's lemon law.
As long as you have receipts to back up your claim, you shouldn't have any problem in getting a replacement vehicle and the money you spent.
Cases like this are why we have the lemon law.

I dont know if this matters Bob, but I do not live in California.. I live in Missouri, and it's ridiculous to try and get anything done here.. Do you know who I would contact and what number by chance? The reason they denied me is because I did my own oil changes and I have all the receipts just didnt record the mileage on them.

I guess I just assumed you were here in Ca when I saw Eureka next too your name.
Any way, contact your states consumer affairs department.
They should be able to help you .
As for you doing oil changes, that is ok, as long as you have receipts.
The thing is, don't wait too long on this.
Makesur you have all documentation as to what was done on thevehicle, and by whome, and when.
Bob.
