Default what is the size of the mazda 3 exhaust?
what size is the stock exhaust on a 05 mazda 3s 2.3? cause i wanna put an after market muffler where my stock one is?

50mm, or just under2". But have you seen how the exhaust enters the muffler? It comes into it @ a 45* angle. You're going to have to do some fancy fittin' to get an AM to work properly... not that it can't be done.

yea ive seen it, i think that i will just go after market cause in the long run i think it is gonna be cheeper so im just gonna go after market but thanks

Remember, you only get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always the best route to go.

i put a 2.25 in from the cat back. it sounds great. i paid $300 for it with a magna flow muffler.
