Be careful of things like this. Some of these so called modules are just a 10 cent resistor from radio shack that gets wired into your IAT sensor to fool the computer into adding more gas to compensate for cooler air.

DO NOT INSTALL THAT THING! Guys listen to me here. I'm not car expert although I do have a fair share of knowledge. These things are gimmicks. They are cheap because most people figure hey what the heck..it's 20 bucks! Thousands of people say that and poof..there's the company's profit. If it was really MSRPing for around 200 they wouldn't sell it for under 20! These things can cause havoc with your car's PCM and cause damage. Do what you want but I wouldn't install it.

I do agree with jason on this issue. these gimmicks have been around for a while and seeing that mazda 6 and mazda 3 are new vehicles on the car lineups nowadays, companies like this will make a gizmo that supposedly works and then try to sell it to make a profit. if you think about our mazdas, they have very sensitive PCMs that are very touchy. if you add one of these HP/TORQUE mods, then the car will not funcion properly as it tries to outsmart this new mod. as a result, your vehicle is harmed and when you take it into the dealership... chances are you are gonna have a hefty bill to pay.

advice from the mentors here.... dont' buy this performance module. only bad can come from it.

hell, if you want 25 hp gain with plenty of torque, buy an intake system for your vehicle. and even those are pushing around $200+. if these are costing that much for those gains, then these modules should be the same. manufacturers like to keep the prices even with other competition for the same performance, no matter what kind of modification it is.
