Alternative Tyres for the 5
SWMBO has kerbed our 5 TS2 and taken a chunk out of the sidewall. It's borderline but I think I'm going to replace it anyway.
We have the Toyo Tranpath 205/55/16 but you can't get them round our way for love nor money and I'm told that Toyo themselves won't have any stock for a fortnight.
As you might expect, the dealer was useless - woudl not commit to recomending an acceptable alternative.
Given that in thoery, if I haven't got an uneven wear issue I should be able to fit any appropriate reinforced tyre - but the 5's reputation makes me nervous.
Has anyone tried any alternative tyre makes on a TS2
