The dipstick says 'M V'. I asked Mazda corporate is this was Mercron V, they said yes. I changed with Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF, which is Mercron V rated. I still have the e-mail from Mazda corporate, private e-mail me if you would like to see it. Philip.

Did you drain and fill? how many US qt. ? Dealer told me put 2 and 3/4 qt. and run it(add if needed).
