Hi All,

I have all the parts, dash kits, etc and will be installing a new stereo in my Mazda 5. The install should be a breeze at this point. My dash kit is all hooked up with the stereo, the wiring harness is all set, just need to pull the dash apart, slide in the new, plug it into the harness, and bobs my uncle.

One quick question though. The new stereo has a plug and a microphone that I have to run the wire for and then mount in the car... Is it possible to use the microphone that comes stock with the mazda 5?

I am wondering if the stock mic is built into the stock head unit, but not sure. Would be nice... Any advice here?
