Did the Mazda5 change at all during the first run?

I'm not sure if it was toe in or toe out. There are threads about it, both here and in other Mazda5 forums.
There is a fix for it but it isn't easy but would be worth it in my opinion, if it adds 20K or 30K to the life of the tires.
