Default Fitting a Parrot MKi9200 to 2007 Mazda 5 TS

I just bought a 2007 Mazda 5 TS. I've been given a Parrot MKi9200 for free (Bluetooth® hands free car kits made for iPod and compatible with iPhone - Parrot MKi9200)

Do I need a special lead to fit it?

Thanks!

to make things easy, yes. Its a jumper loom that goes between the stereo and the factory stereo wiring plug. Contact your local autosparky or simply search the Internet.

Thanks. I think this is what I need:

ISO-SOT-4880-k Lead,cable,adaptor for Parrot Mazda | eBay

Also, is it easy to remove the existing head unit so I can get into the back of it to fit the lead?
