Question Help parts and part numbers please

Hi all Mazda 5 owners.

I would like people to help me and with helping me I hope that this discussion will help other Mazda 5 owners.

You see I took my UK Mazda 5 Sport with me to Australia and never thought for one minute it would be so hard to find parts for it.

I did research, and did know that the Mazda 5 was not released in Australia but I didn't for one minute think that it would be so hard to get the parts.

You would think that if you phoned a Mazda dealer and gave them a genuine Mazda part number they would be able to locate the part but that would be too easy, this was the answer! That's not a Mazda part number and I am sorry but we can’t help?
So what I was hoping for was that anyone who has had there Mazda 5 fixed in Australia or anywhere else using alternative parts which could be sourced in Australia to post there part and part numbers here and hopefully it can help me and others who are encountering the same problems.

Thanks very much

Not sure if they have Mazda 3's there but its a lot of the same parts or all the suspension is the same as a ford focus mark 2 including i believe brakes and discs.

Its nearest relative is the Ford Cmax

this may help
