Default rear brake callipers

how does one go about compressing the rear brake pistons to allow for new pads on an 08 sport model? special tool? special process? pics or part numbers would be nice... thanks in advance

The piston requires a tool that "screws" the piston back in. This is not a new thing for modern cars, but I have yet to figure out why?
These can often be borrowed from a parts store these days.

When I was still in the Biz, back in the '80's, we got a Saab 99 in that needed front pads. It too have screw in pistons, but we knew nothing about them at the time and finally had to give the car back only to have it taken to a dealer.
