Speedo / Tach Red LED Conversion

Speedo / Tach Red LED Conversion
Anyone knows how I can remove the speedo/tach to do a red LED conversion? I like the dash to be illuminated with same colors and I find that this would be a nice upgrade to keep everything red in the interior.
