Strona Industrail Roof Rack?

Default Strona Industrail Roof Rack?
Anyone have any experience with this cheapy rack?

Amazon.com: Roof Rack Locking Cross Bars Mazda 5, 6 Sport Wagon: Automotive

Strona Industrial, looks like a Made in China special but might be "ok" for the once a year I need a rack.
