When I turn on my car, the air bag light comes on for a few seconds, turns off, flashes once, turns off for a few seconds (1-2 maybe), flashes 9 times, long pause, repeats. It does this about 5 times or so. I take this to be SRS code 19.

The car has been in an accident where both driver and passenger bags went off and driver seat belt locked up. The passenger side seat belt seemed fine. I replace the driver and passenger airbags, and the driver side and passenger side seat belts (I got them both as part of a pakage deal). The guy who I bought the airbags from was not able to get me an SRS module so he "reprogrammed" my original.

I suspect it's the modual. Any help/advise would be greatly apreciated.
