Backup lamp assembly replacement

Backup lamp assembly replacement
I have a leaky reverse lamp assembly. I'm about to order the new part, but I'm wondering what seals it in place to keep water out of the trunk. Does it come with a seal or do I have to apply something? Has anyone replaced one of these before?
