Virginia,
Don't be sucked into the "it's aftermarket so that voids your warranty" scam. That's the dealer trying to scare you most of the time and make a little money for them.

If a spring broke and caused other damage to the car, that would be on you to repair. But, if your lower control arm bushing, ball joint, steering rack, etc wears out prematurely due to a manufacturing error, they have nothing to say about your springs. The repairs would be unrelated.
Don't let 'em bully you.

yea but then if something ever were to happen they would automatically say it's b/c the car is lowered and wouldn't bother inspecting it thouroughly without me showin them my mean side. is it 37 mm front and rear?

more or less, it is a touch lower in the front than the rear, but with the "hatch" set the fender gap is pretty much even.

Cameron has the 5-dr. A dead give away is the rear wiper.

Hatch FTW! However I know several guys that run the hatch springs on the sedan, due to the fact that the hatch springs are linear rather than the progressive sedan units.

haha! yea I'm good like that. no, I just wanna make sure of all things before I spend alot of money and something wrong happens. it's always best to talk to folks who already have it or knows folks who have it first. plus, any excuse to talk about cars is always a good time!
