A leaky injector, or fuel line, would result in you smelling gas faintly. And it would also present itself in the form of noticibly poorer mileage.

I don't know what kind of weather conditions you have there but this is something you might overlook. Alot of the time you start the vehicle jump in and go if it is warm. But when its really cold everytime you get it you let it warm up before leaving. alot of fuel is spent on start up when the vehicle is in open loop trying to warm.

Nope, I never let it warm up, unless I have to scrap the frost/snow off the car first. If I do, it usually only adds about 5 minutes to the time the car runs.

I'm in Wisconsin right now, so it's snow. Lots of snow.

Nope, I never let it warm up.
IMO, that's terrible. Yeah, don't let it sit for 10 minutes getting toasty, but 2 minutes to let everything move about a bit is certainly fair in 15* weather (like we have now). I think you'll just damage your car long term if you don't let it warm at all.
