Disconnecting Speedo / Odometer

Disconnecting Speedo / Odometer
Does anyone know how to do this without breaking anything or needing to have the computer reset by the dealership ? (if this causes a code that can be reset by an OBD reader then all is well, I just need to know how to do the mechanical bit ! (DONT ASK WHY !!!)
