Default driver side power window/regulator

my window goes up and down but gets stuck in different spots. I have to pull it up really hard by hand when trying to close the window. motor/regulator sound fine. Could it be my gear is just stripped? The part would cost a lot less than buying a whole new regulator. Any one else have this problem?

Most likely the regulator. I have replaced hundreds if not thousands of those since all the manufacturers went to the cable type regulators. What usually happens is a strand of the cable breaks and it is down hill from there. I like the Dorman regulators the best if a factory regulator is too expensive.

Default Same 3 of 4 windows

I have same issue on driver's. Already repaired on front passenger. Now rear passenger same issue. 75% of my windows end up with bad regulator and/or motor.
