Hi, I have a GT V6 2005 which I brought over to the UK when I moved here last year (thus cancelling my warranty I suspect). The other night my car was broken into, windows smashed but replaced ok, nothing taken. Next morning I get into my seat, it's been moved so I try adjusting and it starts making a weird noise then stopped.
Then I noticed the rocking chair effect - my seat has come off it's front moorings! The back adjustment no longer works and the seat higher/lower does work but the seat itself is flat on the floor because it's no longer hooked together - if anybody has any ideas? Long story but my garage lift keeps breaking and I don't want to make an insurance claim as it's already expensive - more than happy to get out the manuals if I can fix myself but scared it's going to be a whole new seat and electronics (long wait too from US to UK)
Has anyone else experienced this rocking chair effect? All advice and thoughts welcomed warmly![Big Grin](https://www.mazdaforum.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
