Default Factory Stereo Question / Aux Input.

Hey Folks,

New to the forum, so thanks in advance for your help! I have a 2003 Mazda 6. I am wanting to put an aux input for iPod/MP3 connection in the car. I have tried FM Transmitters and they are all lame.

I saw the Grom Audio interface

What I don't know is if the CD player in my 6 is compatible for a CD Changer. Can you tell me any dead giveaways to look for on the unit to know if this interface will work?

Thanks!
Dave

I would call a place like Crutchfields and ask them, even if you don't plan on buying from them. They seem to know just about everything about stereos. either that or go by all the stereo stores in your area and look for the one where one of the employees has a Mazda. I had to do that with a Caddi that I used to have because of the crazy set up that it had. A guy there also had one and knew how to get it hooked up right.
