2006 Mazda 6, OEM Fogs. I want to be able to control my fog lights with the on off switch, regardless of the "on" status of the headlights. Does any one know the wiring schematic or procedure on how to do this?

 

Seriously, no one knows how to do this or is even interested in doing this mod? Wouldn't it be good to be able to control your fogs at any time, like in the middle of a snow storm when headlights are too bright?

No clue man. Then again, I'm not much of an electronics guy. Most of my expertise lies in suspension, tires, and performance driving techniques. As for needing this function? I live in Houston so snow isn't really an issue. That said, I'm sure there is a way to do this, possibly by bypassing it's current circuit and giving it it's own?
