Default Headrests are too high

Anyone else have this problem. Just bought a new 2006 mazda 6 5 door, I had to remove the rear headrests because I could not see out the back window. I am also having a problem looking back because the driver headrest is too high and too wide. I am 5"3" . I need to be about 2 inches higher I think. Adjusting the seat does not help since it moves everything up at the same time. Any ideas .........

Default RE: Headrests are too high

I have yet to be in an 06 model so i dont know if there is any interior difference from my 05 model, but seeing that I am 5'11", i have a different view than you would have. I do slouch in my seat and have it tilted towards the back pretty good though and I dont have a problem. maybe you could just raise your seat upwards and tilt the back of your seat down like i do. although you wouldnt have much of a back rest then, but that is how i roll down the road but my back is on it cause i slouch down.
