Default L/100 miles to L/100km

Hi, I have got Mazda 6 TS 136 2005. My trip computer showing fuel usage in litres per 100 miles, does someone knows how to change to litres per 100 kilometres?

Thanks

That's interesting, half metric and half imperial ? You sure that's not mpg or L/100KM ?

Mine shows L/100 miles - or it did before it went in for an engine transplant (still awaiting delivery of the engine). I suppose because fuel is now sold per litre in the UK while distances are still measured in imperial miles.

First, there is a nautical mile, a statute mile, but NO imperial mile.
The UK "road mile" is a statute mile. A Kilometer is 5/8 of a statute mile.
So a car using 8L/ 100 mi. uses 5L/100 Kilometers.

Hmm, British measurements are called imperial, pound/ounce, inch/mile. I bet you the mile is a British statute. Buying fuel in litres makes it look cheaper, $1/litre sounds much less than $4.5/gallon. BTW, when did this buy fuel in litre start?
