Hi,

I've got a Mazda 6 2.0 Diesel 2004. The engine lights been coming on every month or so. My Mazda Dealer have attempted to fix it, but have failed (and charged me for each time they reset the light).

I've decided to start looking into it myself. I have an EM-327 module/software and laptop and I've found the code is P0401 (EGR sufficient flow). I'm now looking for a good manual for it. I've looked at haynes, but there doesn't appear to be one.

Does anyone know of any PDF workshop manuals I could buy/download that would give me all the car info.

Also, does anyone also have any tips on things to look for to fix the EGR fault?

From the dealer Bobby, the manuals are $130-150. A little high, but a great investment.
