Exclamation Mazda 6 - Car Trouble

I have a 2005 Mazda 6 with about 112k miles on it. Recently the car has been having the following issue....

I can best describe it as being jumpy or stuttering (hesitant to go faster) when trying to accelerate. I first noticed it about a month ago, it does not occur all of the time but has been happening more frequently lately. I notice it happening mostly when you are on the road and have to use the brakes and then try to accelerate again. It jumps so bad that I am afraid it will just stop (most of my travels are on the highway making it very dangerous). When the car is jumping it car does not seem to want to go faster when trying to accelerate. Eventually the car seems to grasp the higher speed and be okay. The check engine light will then start flashing for a minute or so while this is happening also.

I have taken the car to a few different places to be checked but they cannot find anything wrong with it. Of course when they test drive it, the issue never seems to happen.

PLEASE HELP!!! What is wrong with my car???

A flashing cel light happens when it misfires. Many things can cause a misfire.
However since it is flashing occasionally, i would change all the spark plugs and all the ignition coils (especially with that mileage).
If you don't change them all this could happen: https://www.mazdaforum.com/forum/maz...d-stops-30754/

If you were smart, since they have to take off the intake plenum, it will only take a few extra minutes to clean the throttle body, MAF and have them change the PCV valve. And i mean literally 15 minutes tops.
