RE: Mazda 6 turbo kits
that is the HASS turbo kit sold thorugh turbo-kits.com if i'm not mistaken??
if so, here is the HASS record on the Mazda, from what i've seen so far.
-test car (friend of mine) dropped off the car in 8/'05 and his car still wasn't working as of 3/07
-mazda3 dead
-mazda6 in MA that can't get it to work right
-mazda6 in HI who is selling it after 4 months
-mazda3 show car that doesn't push the car still running after 18months or so
if you feel compelled to go with that kit (parts are beautiful, can't dismiss that) DO NOT get the electronics they provide. get a credit fo rthe E-Manage and whatnot, then order the Haltech F10x and other pieces from Juan at HiBoost. the Emanage is fine if you don't push the car often, like to just look at it and drive around town with the BOV sound. but the piggyback setup can not add enough fuel for WOT runs with our ecu. ask them for dyno graphs with A/F...they don't look pretty.
...that's my input
