Hello

I am the proud owner of a 2007 Mazda 6 which has been very good to me for a lot of years. However it has recently developed an issue whereby when the car gets hot and I lock it or open a door, the turning signals continue to flash as if the emergency turning signal has been pressed when it hasn't been. This is a persisting issue and only occurs when the car is parked outside and gets hot.

Does anybody have any suggestions on what may be causing such an irregular issue?
