I'm sure you didn't drive one to make such a comment. I am the happy owner of a 6 speed, and I can tell you that i smoke a 6 V6 GT as easy as you pass a Pinto with yours. There is no comparison between the regular Mazda 6 V6 and the Speed. The Speed is really more a europpean type of machine with more handling, more power, more torque and AWD. The fact that a lot of you do not like it's look doesn't make any difference since there is probably as much who like it's style. I would appreciate comment with substance to it, with fact...it would be more credible!

I dont think it looks that different. The raised hood scoop is a nice addition. But I don't like the plastic fog lamp things.

everybody has their own opinions, I personally agree with you the 6 is an all around good car evenm in the styling department inmy eyes (although I'd convert the honeycomb grill to black painted wire mesh)

I've driven a couple Mazdaspeed-6's. They are definately nice cars.

Point is the EVO is a extremely fast car. But I still would buy my I4 Mazda 6 anyday over the EVO. Im getting 26-27 mpg in the city and it has some pep. But the car is simply designed better.
