Default New Mazda Owner with a few Questions

I just bought a 2005 Mazda6s w/ 48,000 miles on it and I LOVE it. It has new tires, brakes, and rear rotors. I just have a couple questions...

In the morning on my way to work when I star the car it has a tweeting sound but once the engine warms up, it goes away. Is there anything to worry about?

Also, the brake pedal squeaks when I am in slow traffic. Its not the pads because they were just replaced. Any opinions?

Did you install Mazda OEM pads, or aftermarket? If it is aftermarket, it is more than likely the material that the pad is made from.

I also heard from a buddy of mine that was a mechanic that sometimes it can just be the belts squeeking when you first turn the car on for the first time in a few hours.
