Default overall view of my 2005 6i 5 door

Hi, Just signed up and want to do some +'s and -'s of my 6. first off the car is a blast to drive. I have the 4cly w/auto stick. I haven't had as much fun driving a car since I have my 1983 toyota celica 5spd. I went from a piece of junk chevy venture van to this 5 door 6i. People can not believe how much stuff I can get in it with the seats folded down. 2.3 motor and NO timing belt,YEA!!!! Ok, the center arm rest sucks. It is as hard as a board. The door panel arm rests are non-existant. What is up with the canister oil filter and the cover under the car. I about died when I had to pay the dealer 30.00 for an oil change. Luckly the local firestone changes it for 17.00 with sysn/blend oil. On my 3rd set of tires with 59K on the car. Intown gas mileage sucks at 20+- mpg. Hwy 30+-mpg loaded is great. Since I just put new tires on I guess I'll keep the car for a while. I'm debating if I should buy a ext-warranty. Would I buy another 6i, no because this was an impluse buy and should have bought something that got better mpg. sd

you must be running the wrong oil or low tire pressure. I am getting 26 mpg in my 6 in the city. I run AMS oil though! It might save you alot of money.
