Default P0300, P0340, and P0128 codes (need help)

2003 6i - I have all three codes (random misfire, cam position sensor and temp) It runs very rough, especially at low rpms. I have replaced coil, plugs, wires, cps and check all vacum leaks.

The car runs rich when it starts. Low power and now smells burning but not overheating on temp gauge. It also seems to shift at weird rpms.

Could it maybe be something with the exhaust causing all three or is it possible for the timing to cause it? Need help general mechanics are a waste of money as they just look for vacum leaks and reset the codes
