Default Problem with Window switch

I just bought a used MazdaSpeed 6 yesterday and apparently forgot to check out all the window switches. It was cold so I didn't roll them down on the test drive.

Anyways, the master window switch only works to roll down the drivers window. I made sure the window switch lock was off and all the other windows work on their own door switches, just can't roll them down form the master.

I'm guessing I need to find a new master window switch?

I wouldn't be so hasty to make that decision, CG.
Did you get any kind of warranty from where you bought it? Have you had the switch panel out to see if its something simple first, like a loose connection? Have you checked the fuse block to see if something is blown? (<<< Not likely, but cheaper/easier than a new switch assem.)

well today the front passenger window started working with the master switch, but the rear still no go. I might try and take the switch out and check for loose connections.

Is there any special way to take the switch plate off? or is it just held in with clips?
