Reverse glow gauge buzzing sound

Reverse glow gauge buzzing sound
O.k. So I just installed my Alfa Otto silver reverse glow gauges as described in a previous thread for titanium gauges.

Excellent thread, they work. HOWEVER; I have a power? switch with two color choices, blue and green and a low to high turn ****.
Power/Color Turn ****:
Reduced 70%
327 x 245 (19.27K)
//
Whenever I turn on the Blue color I hear a high pitched buzzing coming from the black box (power source?) that sounds like I'm gonna get shocked soon. (Green has a low, quiet noise also-less scary).
Blue Noise (ignore the scratching):
Blue_Whine.wmv ( 44.14K ) Number of downloads: 17
Black "box":
Reduced 51%
204 x 153 (17.59K)
//
I tapped the black wire into a black ground wire and the red on to the green wire with the red stripe on the big cluster on the right (as described in the old thread).
Reduced 70%
327 x 245 (26.03K)
//
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Too much power for blue? Have I tapped the wrong wire? Or is the wiring itself broken?
Can anyone out there help me?
Thanks in advance.
