Default Vehicle buyback!! I need help HURRY!!!!

Well I have posted here since the start of my problem, but here's a refresher for you. After reflash, my speed6 would sometimes stutter during Acceleration. Well to make a long story short just found out today, after 2 days in service and on the phone to both tech line and Mazda engineering dept and having a new 07 right next to my ride to test and compare both, service guy told me to come pick up my ride. There's no fix for this problem! Mazda engineering will be doing the research for repair but since my car is the only one doing this, it will be MONTHS!!!!! before I can get my ride repaired. The car does drive but how would you like to drive a brand new car that stutters and hesitates during acceleration. I'm hoping I might be able to exchange my ride if they cant get in fixed, but even if they do find a fix in the next month. What kind of damage do you thing I might be doing to the engine? Has anyone have any experience with Vehicle buyback? how long is the process? do I qualify for this law since there is no repair yet for this problem?

I replied in one of your other threads too. If your car is the only one doing it and the dealer admits there is something wrong with your specific car that they can't fix, you should qualify for lemon law. You should not be stuck with a vehicle that is defective. Verify the requirements for Lemon Law in your state and do everything you can to comply with that law.
