it all depends on what type of fiberglass you have how high quality it is and if you know what your doing
the poly ones dent and then go back into place but they flap in the wind
the fiberglass ones are alot more sturdy but if you get a cheap kit they will crack even easier
but you can fix fiberglass all you want poly stuff when it gets broken it stays broken

interesting... i didn't know they had high and low quality fiberglass kits... alot of websites don't even tell you what kind they are selling (high or low).

apparently there called "Classes" and when its graded A that means that there is nothing wrong with it and Class B, this is where when the fiberglass material i.e. bodykit is shipped its expected to have a few nickes and scratches. Thats all i know im sure that there is more but i dont know where to start for research.

when i did the body kit on my 240 i had diff grades of fiberglas for the from piece and the widebody kit
the front end was **** it cracked all over the place and i had to keep fixing it and then making it fit correctly also was a prob. lots of mud was used
the widebody and rear section was great to work with, it was lighter and could flex alot more before it would crack
the front end was out of japan and the rear end and sides was apc
the beter stuff costs more
also think of this, how many times have you seen a cracked fiberglass hood
now how many times have you seen a cracked corvette
the corvettes are all nice high quality fiberglass the aftermarket is flooded with crap products
i would trust the fiberglass from vielside i wouldnt trust it from any of the cheap companies
