I just purchased the most current (Aug 2022) map version for the Mazda navigation system. Locally, this map is out of date by at least 13 years. Is there a mechanism to advise the vendor/map creator of this lack of accuracy?

 

You just must wait for a new updated map.
This has been a thing about maps since around the 2000.

It out dated in my area by at least 5-7 years in some places.

Regardless you should still have your cell phone as back up and may carry a good old fashion paper fold up MAP

Yes - I’m using the onboard navigation system as a backup to Waze/Google Maps, but it’s a shame that they don’t have roads that have existed for well over a decade included and no mechanism to share input. Thank you though!

 

I understand your point. I wish that there were checks and balances in parts look up programs that are often outdated with information and wrong. Then the poor parts counter person gets blamed for selling the wrong part.
