I have a CX-9 with a 6 disk CD player. On trying to eject a disc, the door opened but the disc didn't come out. Now the door is stuck open and eject/load button doesn't do anything. Radio still works though. Anything I can do?... UtesDoc

 

This has just happened to me. Actually I was trying to eject the CDs for months and it wouldn't eject them. Tried over and over again to eject all and miraculously the unit opened and the discs ejected. But now the screen is stuck in the open position. I've been reading in other places that you need to disconnect the battery and remove the fuse for 15 minutes to reset the unit. Will try next week as I don't feel like working on all my presets right now!!!
